Mini Banana Cupcakes

8 bananas
4 bars of 60-70% dark chocolate.
chopped roasted peanuts and almonds
white pearl sprinkles (or any type you can find)
baby cupcake liners
Melt chocolate

Cut bananas into 2-inch slices

Dip in melted chocolate, then sprinkles, peanuts or almonds

Put in mini cupcake liners

Store in fridge or freezer until ready to serve
